One of the main goals of VALTRIA Management is to give the best service to its clients, under the commitment of fully meeting their needs.

To achieve that, Management ensures compliance with the legislation and regulations in force, both technical and environmental and occupational health and safety, as well as other requirements agreed to by the company, in accordance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

To this end, VALTRIA management is committed to providing the necessary means and qualified human resources to achieve the goals mentioned above, to provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and health issues and to protect the environment. It also places great value on the professional development of its employees and on the feedback and participation of its workers, as they are deeply involved in the quality, safety and sustainability of the products and services provided.

We are aware of the importance of caring for the environment and the safety and health of people, so we establish work systems and control methods aimed at preventing pollution by reducing energy consumption, waste generation, atmospheric emissions, noise generation and spills, as well as eliminating hazards and reducing risks to prevent damage and deterioration of health caused while providing our service.

For all these reasons, this Policy is being provided to all VALTRIA staff and stakeholders, as the foundation for our commitment to the continuous improvement of our processes and their relationship with the environment and occupational health and safety. This policy also serves as a framework for the definition of quality, environmental and occupational risk prevention objectives.
