After approval of the investment budget, we do create in course of the technical and detailed planning phase, the concept to a comprehensive project ready for execution.

Execution and assembly
As your partner for the project, we take over the installation and construction management of the contracted trades, as well as the coordination between them. Our team of experienced specialists continuously checks the quality of the work and the products delivered continuously, as well as compliance with the schedule and the estimated costs. We maintain open and transparent communication and ensure the flow of information throughout all phases of the project in a professional and level-appropriate manner.

Start-up and commissioning
Our specialists take over the coordination and management of the commissioning of the contracted trades, carry out the integral tests and organize the system and device specific training courses In the course of the final handover of the entire project, the complete documentation will be provided.

Qualification
With international experience in validation issues and FDA readiness programs, our trained technicians create the required documents and test reports, calibrate, and qualify in accordance with ISO, FDA and EMEA GMP, GLP and national regulations.
