Valtria designed and executed the new dispensing and weighing area for the Merck Group production plant. The project included the cleanroom architecture and enclosures, as well as the air treatment systems for the two ISO 5 laminar flow weighing booths and the ISO 8 dispensing area, equipped with an aspiration-based dust collection system to ensure a controlled environment.

Additionally, the project involved the installation of hot and cold water distribution for climate control, along with comprehensive system monitoring via SCADA. The FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) were conducted with full support for IQ, OQ, and PQ validation, in compliance with GMP, GAMP5, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11, 2100, and 211 regulations.
