Valtria executed a turnkey project for a manufacturing plant producing inhalers, actuators, inhalation canisters, and other medical devices. The project involved the installation of laminar airflow systems for each injection molding machine and a classified ISO 8 zone (ISO 7 at rest) for product discharge, ensuring continuous particle control within the environment.
About the project
As part of this turnkey solution, Valtria integrated air treatment systems for the injection machines and discharge area, as well as cleanroom enclosures and structural metal support. The project also included SAS (Sterile Access Systems), high-power electrical installation, climate control systems, and real-time particle monitoring to ensure optimal air quality and compliance with stringent industry standards.
