Planning and installation of air conditioning systems in an automotive glass assembly facility in a controlled environment.
About the project
Valtria has planned and installed the air treatment systems for the environment ISO8environment, based on the specific requirements of the room and with a view to the reuse of existing plant parts:
- Calculation and dimensioning of capacities and loads
- Integration of existing parts of the plant into the entire system
- Connection to central cold water supply
- Installation of an additional chilled water system for medium temperatures down to 0 °C
- Two direct expansion units for the cold chamber
- Concept, installation and commissioning of the HVAC control system, with monitoring
- Electrical installations for refrigeration, ventilation systems, dryers, lighting, and other components
- Construction management and coordination of installations
