New Cleanroom for injection-machines of plastics for the production of Medical Devices (syringes).
About the project
The scope of Valtria in this turnkey project includes:
- the construction and installation of Cleanrooms, classified ISO 7 and ISO 8, with a metal support structure for the Cleanroom elements and the entire installation.
- compressed air connection ports for service works of the production machines.
- a chilled water plant to supply the HVAC- and cooling systems of the production equipment, including power distribution panels.
And the HVAC system, installed by Valtria includes:
- Air Handling Units for primary Air Treatment and Filter Fan Units (FFU) for the secondary Air Treatment systems to ensure the classification of ISO 7 and ISO 8.
- the entire, hydraulic distribution networks and systems for media supply of air-cooling units and production equipment.
- the control system for regulation and monitoring of the installed equipment and systems.
- an independent control system for the FFUs developed and supplied by Valtria.
