JB TECNICS

Turnkey project including ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms for plastic injection, plus a chilled-water generation system for HVAC and production equipment. Also included were pharmaceutical panel enclosures, rapid doors from Europe, supporting steel structures, and compressed air ports.

About the project

The HVAC system consists of primary air treatment from an air handling unit (AHU) and secondary treatment with Fan Filter Units (FFU) to achieve ISO 7 and ISO 8 classification in the areas. The AHU is fed by a chilled water system consisting of a chiller and its corresponding recirculation pumps. The same chilled water system also serves a cooling system dedicated to plastic packaging production equipment.

A control system for regulating and monitoring the described installation was provided and installed, as well as an independent control system for the FFUs, all supplied by Valtria Switzerland, one of Valtria’s manufactured and marketed products.
