The solid production area was developed in two phases. The first phase was executed as a turnkey project, including the installation of ISO 8 HVAC systems and internal civil works.

About the project

The project involved the implementation of primary conditioning zones, some of which required low-humidity environments maintained by silica gel dryers, as well as controlled but non-classified ISO 9 areas. These areas encompassed secondary conditioning zones, storage facilities, and general support spaces such as cafeterias, locker rooms, offices, and circulation areas.

To ensure efficient energy management, cold and hot water production was achieved through a 100% heat recovery unit with a 750 kW capacity, along with a hydraulic distribution system for cold and hot water. The domestic hot water supply was provided via heat exchangers.

Additionally, the project required the coordination and execution of various critical elements, including cleanroom enclosures, epoxy resin flooring, and a Building Management System (BMS) installation. The electrical system was also fully implemented, incorporating power panels for chillers and air handling units, lighting, and other key infrastructure elements. The installation was completed with an integrated control system to optimize performance and efficiency.
