Primary conditioning areas were executed, some of them with low humidity through silica gel dryers, as well as non-classified ISO 9 control areas, which included secondary conditioning, storage areas, and general and support areas (dining rooms, locker rooms, offices, circulation, etc.). The cold and hot water production was carried out using a 100% heat recovery unit with 750 kW; the hydraulic distribution of cold and hot water; and the supply of hot sanitary water through heat exchangers.

This project included the coordination and execution of the room enclosures; epoxy resin flooring; installation of the BMS systems; electrical installation with power panels for the chiller and air handler, lighting, and other elements, as well as the installation’s control system. Valtria completed the entire project.
