Job description
The Site Manager is responsible for the coordination and operational management on site, with the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the coordination and overall management of execution on site
- Coordinate and execute the project, quality control and follow-up of planning and achievement of objectives.
- Supervise subcontracted staff. Organise materials and equipment on site.
- Create and maintain a good relationship with the customer and identify possible opportunities for new business.
- Maintain a good relationship based on cooperation with various internal departments.
Requirements
Education and academic training
- Basic safety, VOB and manual handling training is required
- Technical training in installations, mechanics, electricity or similar is valued
Experience and knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience) are required
- Knowledge in HVAC is required
- General understating of modular building and construction (panels, ceilings, walls) is required
- Basic understanding of MEP/MSR is valued
- Clean room knowledge is valued
IT/Office software
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is required
- Knowledge and experience using Dalux is valued
Languages
- Fluent/advanced level of German is required
- At least an intermediate (B1) level of English is required
- At least an intermediate (B1) level of French and/or Spanish is valued
Mobility
- Availability to travel inside of DACH Area is required
- Availability to travel all around Europe is valued
