Job description
The Business Developer is responsible for planning, organising and supervising activities to identify business opportunities and transform them into future projects, with the following responsibilities:
- Advise clients and provide them with solutions.
- Identify business opportunities and seek out new projects in related sectors.
- Identify clients’ needs and prepare studies and assessments in collaboration with the projects department.
- Lead the team to achieve the department’s objectives.
- Organise and participate in industry events (trade fairs, conferences, etc.).
- Monitor engineering work.
- Transfer information on new projects to the production and finance departments.
- Manage commercial affairs and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Conduct market research.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as Business Developer in the field of industrial installations are required.
- Knowledge in HVAC installations is required.
- Fluent/advanced level of Swedish is required.
- At least an intermediate (B1) level of English is required.
- Availability to travel within Sweden to attend clients is required.
- Technical training in installations, mechanics, electricity or similar is valued.
