Valtria carried out the expansion of the recombinant human growth hormone (r-hGH) production area in mammalian cell culture.
About the project
The project scope included the installation of stainless steel enclosures and the architectural development of various production zones.
The project incorporated three hot chambers and one cold chamber, along with an air treatment system to maintain ISO 8 classification, featuring eight air conditioning units and nine extractors. Additionally, the scope included the distribution of hot and cold water from the existing technical area and the HVAC control system with SCADA communication, ensuring compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
Valtria also conducted all pre-qualification and validation testing to ensure full compliance with industry standards.
