Valtria executed a turnkey project for the production of spare parts for electrical components used in the automotive industry.

About the project

The installation included a comprehensive air treatment system to meet ISO 7 classification standards for the production area, incorporating extraction hoods for production equipment and an unclassified small laboratory. Additionally, the project covered the cold water production system using a 250 kW magnetic levitation unit, along with the hydraulic distribution of hot and cold water.

Key construction elements included cleanroom enclosures, epoxy resin flooring, and a complete electrical installation with power panels for chillers and air conditioning units, lighting systems, and other essential components. The entire control system for the facility was also integrated.
