Job description
The Site Manager is responsible for the coordination and operational management on site, with the following responsibilities:
Be responsible for the coordination and overall management of execution on site
Coordinate and execute the project, quality control and follow-up of planning and achievement of objectives.
Supervise subcontracted staff. Organise materials and equipment on site.
Create and maintain a good relationship with the customer and identify possible opportunities for new business.
Requirements
Technical training in installations, mechanics, electricity or similar is valued
At least 5 years of experience as Site Manager on industrial sites are required
Knowledge in HVAC installations is required
Clean room knowledge is valued
Fluent/advanced level of Swedish is required
At least an intermediate (B1) level of English is required
Availability to travel to attend clients on site is necessary.
