Job description
The Project Manager is responsible for the planification, coordination and supervision of the technical and economical control of the activities on site, with the following responsibilities:
- Coordination of the execution, commissioning and documentation of the project, within the agreed time schedule
- Review of the original design of the installations, execution of the detailed project and supervision of necessary drawings and plans
- Financial management of the project, as well as the purchase of all materials and subcontractors (carrying out comparative analyses of offers, etc.)
- Work together with the customer and/or professionals, who are responsible for the overall project management, to assess the most appropriate technical and financial solutions, as well as extensions of the original project, when required
- Manage the team, both internal staff such as designers, site supervisors, commissioners, etc. and also subcontractors. Analyse the client's needs and propose the most appropriate technical solution.
Requirements
- A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar fields is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management in the industrial sector are required.
- Knowledge of HVAC installations is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleanrooms, pharmaceutical, food or related industries is a plus.
- At least a C1 (advanced) or native level of Swedish and English is required.
- At least a B1 (intermediate) level of Spanish is a plus.
