Project description
Implementation of high containment facilities for the production of HAPIs, differentiating the Analysis zone, with R&D and quality control, and the Kilo Lab zone with washing area, clean materials storage, HAPIs laboratory and preparative chromatography.
The Kilolab rooms are ISO 8, the treated air is 100% outside air, and the exhaust air is filtered with safe F-8 and H-14 high-efficiency filters before going outside. There is also a second safety extraction using a polypropylene construction and filtering with safe F-8, activated carbon and H-14 filters. The installation incorporates the air conditioning, water production via a cooler, and pump unit. A management and control system and laminar flow for the weighing area are also included.
